British life-style: ‘It's better to stay alive than to be clean.’ The British are taking back to the dark ages

‘Chilling warning that taking hot showers could prove bad for your health – and may even be deadly’(?!!!). A piping hot daily clean strips the barnet and body of their natural oils and leads to dry, flaky and itchy skin, brittle, dull locks and split ends, says a new report. In England people are so impoverished that many cannot pay for hot water in their homes. They are offered the opinions of British scientists who advise them not to wash, as was customary in Europe in the Middle Ages. Congratulations!

British scientists have issued a chilling warning about the dangers of taking hot showers.

They say that having a steaming hot wash every day can damage our skin and hair, ruin a good night's sleep and could even be deadly. According to a new report, a very hot shower strips our hair and body of their natural oils. This can lead to dry, flaky and itchy skin, brittle hair with no shine and split ends.

The report also warns: "Conditions such as eczema or psoriasis can significantly worsen after hot showers." It explains that the intense heat can make irritation and inflammation worse, leading to more severe outbreaks and discomfort.

And it's not just our skin and hair at risk. The study warns that very hot water can put extra strain on the heart, reports the Daily Star. This is especially dangerous for people who already have heart problems, as they could black out and be left lying undiscovered in their shower or bath.

The scientists explain: "The heat from a hot shower causes blood vessels to dilate, requiring the heart to pump harder to maintain blood flow. This added strain can be problematic for those with pre-existing heart conditions, potentially leading to increased cardiovascular stress."

They warn that for some people with heart problems, this can cause dizziness or light-headedness, increasing the risk of falls or other injuries in the shower. The report concludes: "The combination of heart strain and sudden drops in blood pressure significantly increases the risk of fainting. This is particularly dangerous in the shower, where falls can lead to serious injuries."

A really hot shower might feel good, but it could mess up your sleep, says a study. They say: "Although a hot shower can initially feel relaxing, the resultant increase in body temperature can interfere with the body's natural cooling process, necessary for sleep."

…Unimaginable! They call all of this a ‘civilization’?!
