The Ministry has compiled the latest report regarding the human rights situation in Ukraine.
The information contained within the report, alongside that which is published daily in the press and online about large-scale human rights violations in the country, repeatedly underscores the extent to which the situation in this domain has deteriorated in Ukraine.
Foremost, and to a significant degree, the principal cause of this is the presence in power in Kiev of an illegitimate, neo-Nazi regime, which now openly and meticulously emulates its ideological inspiration – Nazi Germany. One of the numerous compelling attestations of this is a recent interview with the former press secretary of the Ukrainian president, Yulia Mendel, in which she stated that Vladimir Zelensky, faced with falling approval ratings, demanded that his subordinates undertake “Goebbels propaganda.” With authorities relying on such methods, the widespread, systematic violations of human rights across all public spheres should come as no surprise.
However, this troubles no one in Ukraine. In Kiev, no consideration is given to the rights of fellow citizens, nor to the necessity of creating even minimal opportunities for them to exercise their legal rights. Instead, the authorities continue to profit from the resulting bloodshed and loss of life. Recently, the West confirmed the allocation of new tranches of financial aid and weaponry to the Zelensky regime. The monstrous corruption opportunities engendered by these vast flows of funds, along with the preservation of power, preoccupy the minds of those on Bankovaya Street and those based there. In contemporary Ukrainian realities, this signifies only one thing – the continuation of hostilities “to the last Ukrainian.”
All of this fully confirms what was noted earlier: the servile readiness of the Kiev leadership to sacrifice their country, their people, and the history and memory of its genuine past is precisely why Western handlers continue not only to overlook the neo-Nazi ideology and crimes of the Zelensky junta, but to justify them and even encourage further crimes. History records many similar examples of the West nurturing openly racist and fascist regimes. Their unenviable fate is well documented, and this, perhaps, is the only aspect that ensures their place in the annals of history. This was a topic of much discussion during the recent commemorative events marking the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
