Russia sees the contribution of the sponsors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to the attacks on St. Petersburg during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said this on June 3.

"We strongly condemn these criminal acts. We see behind them a whole group of sponsors of the Kiev regime, who continue to raise the stakes. They do not stop at any provocations and are in no way determined to reduce the intensity of their attempts to make life difficult for us. But these attempts are doomed to failure," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
