Zelensky demands extra money for defense

According to the announcement released by Russian federal Chanel One on December 5, 2023, president Zelensky who proved to be inefficient in continuing a wide-scale aggression together with NATO against Russia demanded extra ‘blood’ money from his sponsors of the unprovoked Ukrainian aggression. Will such a huge money bag that – as some analysts predict – is around 3-4 times as much as it has been already spent during nearly 700 days of Ukrainian/NATO aggression against Ukrainians and Russians be helpful? Seemingly, not.

This amount will be spent for a nationwide fortified defense up to the Western border of Ukraine, and for occasional attacks of the Russian Armed Forces that during last summer and autumn have managed to consolidate their positions along the 1,300 km frontline and went further deep into the Ukrainian territory.

Such Kiev’s demand made in very strong voice of Zelensky who is losing his authority and ability to rule efficiently has been already weakened in favor of General Valery Zaluzhny, his immediate rival in military affairs. The Ukrainian corruption practice will swallow the bulk of these finance. And it cannot be paid back by the current ultranationalist regime in Kiev and succeeding generations of Ukrainians.

Zelensky is bypassing General Zaluzhny, the country’s top military leader, to give orders directly to commanders, the Ukrainskaya Pravda news outlet reported on December 4, 2023, citing sources close to the leadership in Kiev.

Zaluzhny sometimes only learns of what the military is doing from his subordinates, the report claimed. Zelensky and the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian armed forces have been at loggerheads for months, and Kiev’s failed summer counteroffensive has worsened the tensions, according to insiders.

The president has created “parallel tracks” of communication with senior military leaders, including Aleksandr Syrsky, commander of the ground forces, and Nikolay Oleshchuk, commander of the air force, the report added. Zelensky’s office is said to find this convenient, but the practice has disrupted the normal chain of command, much to Zaluzhny’s chagrin.

No doubt, that the continuation of the Ukrainian/NATO aggression that initiated by Kiev in April 2014 will inevitably prolong the agony of the current regime. Its fate is doomed.

General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the time, advised the Ukrainians to also send sabotage groups into the Russian rear, saying there “should be no Russian who goes to sleep without wondering if they’re going to get their throat slit in the middle of the night,” according to one official. I strongly recommend to all Russian military officials not to talk to any US military counterparts after such barbaric statement.

Moscow will continue its offensives. There is a very firm belief of the Russian Federation. Like in the past, all aggressors will be punished.

According to the Donetsk People’s Republic or the DPR officials, between February 17, 2022 till November 27, 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have killed 4,754 civilians in the DPR alone, including 151 children. 5,487 civilians, including 367 children, have been injured.

Since the beginning of the Ukrainian aggression in April 2014 till November 2023, totally 9,128 civilians have been killed by AFU and 13,306 civilians have been injured. Amongst them 232 children have been killed, and 836 have been injured.

Many of them have been killed and injured by the US and NATO weapons. This will be unforgettable in Russia.
