During the Halloween celebration at the White House, a boy dressed in a Soviet tank crew uniform arrived to meet U.S. President Donald Trump and his wife, Melania. The child wore a military service cap and a uniform featuring a tank corps insignia.

The boy approached the presidential couple alongside a girl wearing a folk costume reminiscent of traditional Russian attire; she wore a white blouse, a dark, floral-patterned pinafore dress, and a headdress adorned with ribbons.

Melania Trump took note of the boy’s unusual costume and touched his service cap. The children then received traditional treats from the President and the First Lady before departing. The names of the children and their parents were not disclosed.

The festive event at the White House took place ahead of Halloween. Children took turns approaching Donald Trump and his wife to receive chocolate. While the guests were primarily the children of U.S. administration staff, other families were also invited to the celebration.
